I. Children must comply with the instructions and height requirements displayed at each
area for safety and to avoid injury.
II. While Fun X World crew are trained in playground supervision, they are providing
general supervision only.
III. Parents and guardians must supervise their children during play.
IV. All play equipment must be used accordingly and appropriately.
V. Bullying and offensive language used will not be tolerated and verbal warnings may be given to children who engage in rough play.
VI. Patrons accept the risks inherent in such participation of which ordinary prudent person is or should be aware.
VII. Intentional cause of damage will not be tolerated.
VIII. Please report all accidents to any of Fun X World crew.

I. All guests are required to remove their shoes and wear socks before entering the no shoe zone.
II. Socks can be purchased from the ticket counters.
III. All footwear must be stored in designated shoe lockers provided.

Children under the age of 7 may enter the premise with a guardian who is at least 21 years of age. Each guardian may not bring in more than 6 children into the premise.

I. While Fun X World strives to make the experience for all guests a happy one, it will accept no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damage to personal belongings.
II. There are security lockers available and can be accessed as many times as you like.

All guests are required to dress up in appropriate, clean attire. Fun X World reserves the right to modify the dress code guidelines for any reason, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events.
I. Guests wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at management’s discretion.
II. Guests wearing clothing, headwear or accessories bearing offensive language or
imagery may not be admitted.
III. Guests are required to be wearing shirts and footwear.
IV. Sunglasses may not be worn in the premise.
V. Guests who dress up in clothing that exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment may not be allowed in.

We do not allow outside food and beverages inside Fun X World except in the following situations:
I. If you, your child or your ward has/have special dietary restrictions, please speak with a
manager on duty.
II. You have made special food arrangements for your party or event and you have
informed our event team via email.
III. Birthday cakes used at a booked birthday party are exceptions.

I. For the consideration of every guest, we discourage you to bring your child into the playcentre if you or your child is unwell.
II. We encourage all parents and children to wash their hands and use hand sanitisers before and after play.
III. Please advise us immediately if an area requires cleaning or sanitisation.
IV. No smoking is allowed on the premises, including vaporisers & electronic cigarettes. No pipe, cigar smoking, snuff or chewing tobacco is also allowed.

Fun X World encourages our patrons to create and share their memories in a fun and social environment. However, we kindly request that all our guests adhere to the following policies regarding the use of cameras on the premise:
I. Write in to get a permission to film or take photographs intended for commercial use, including journalism.
II. Filming or photography of other guests or staff members requires their consent and permission.
III. Guests shall not use tripods or equipment that may interfere with the enjoyment of other patrons at Fun X World, without prior written permission.
IV. Fun X World reserves the right to revoke permission for the use of photographic or video equipment at any time for any reason.
